Train like the next level is watching.
Individual and small-group performance coaching for Youth, MLS-pathway and professional players. Pro-level coaching, objective observation, and a program shaped around the player instead of the calendar.
every evaluation
during real sessions
plus a ceiling projection
experience behind the method
Youth. MLS pathway. Pro.
Same standard of coaching. Completely different plans. Pick the profile that matches the player.
One thousand points.
Nowhere to hide.
Twenty-six items, scored 1 to 5 during real sessions, rolled into a single readable picture of a player. Tap a dimension to see what sits inside it.
Performance is built,
not guessed.
Pro-level coaching
Sessions designed by staff who have lived professional football: the standards, the tempo, and the margins that decide selection.
Player-specific program
Age, position, level, school calendar, club load and objectives all change the plan. No two players run the same block.
Data-informed
Field observation and available performance data set the priorities. Data narrows the question. The coach still answers it.
Measurable progression
The first assessment sets a baseline. Every cycle after it has to show what moved, and what to work on next.
AI-assisted analysis
AI helps compare, summarise and personalise. Every recommendation is reviewed and signed off by a human coach.
South Florida access
Private and small-group sessions across the Key Biscayne to Palm Beach corridor, subject to coach and field availability.
Assess. Train.
Measure. Adjust.
Assess
A full session dedicated to reading the player across five dimensions. Output: a PPI baseline and a written priority list.
Train
Priorities become sessions. High repetition, real opposition where useful, immediate correction on every rep.
Measure
Checkpoints re-test the same items under the same protocol, so progress is comparable rather than remembered.
Adjust
The plan is rewritten around what actually moved. Parents get the summary. The player gets the next block.
Start where the
player actually is.
Coached by someone
who has been there.
Claude Dielna
Fifteen seasons.
Six countries.
Two in MLS.
Academy at Caen. First pro contract at Lorient. Then Istres, Olympiacos, Ligue 1 with Ajaccio, three seasons in the Championship with Sheffield Wednesday, and Major League Soccer with the New England Revolution and the Portland Timbers.
He has been the kid nobody was sure about, the loan player fighting for a shirt, and the professional whose job came down to details nobody in the stands ever notices. APEX exists to teach those details early.
The company
we keep.
South Florida
is our field.
One corridor, five zones. Sessions run on approved fields only, and travel rules are shown before you pay, never after.
Straight answers.
Your next level starts
with the next session.
Choose the block,
not the drill.
Every program starts from the same question: what is actually holding this player back right now? Pricing, duration and capacity are confirmed at booking.
Rules we don't hide.
Capacity
One player in private sessions. Two to five in small groups, matched by level or compatible objective.
Cancellation
The cancellation window and policy are shown at checkout, before payment. Credit, reschedule or refund per the applicable policy.
Rainouts
South Florida weather happens. Rained-out sessions are notified as a group and rescheduled or credited automatically.
Travel
Travel rules vary by zone. Any supplement appears before payment, never on the invoice afterwards.
Minors
Bookings and consents for players under 18 are completed by a verified parent or guardian.
Coach changes
If your assigned coach becomes unavailable, we propose alternative slots or a replacement for your approval.
Know the player.
Build the plan.
APEX reads a player across five dimensions and scores 26 items on a 1 to 5 scale during real sessions. Those scores roll up into the Player Performance Index, a 1,000-point picture of where the player stands and where the work goes next.
Four steps.
Repeated on purpose.
Assess
A dedicated session scores every item under a fixed protocol and produces the baseline report.
Train
The three or four lowest-return items become the block. Volume goes where the gap is.
Measure
The retest uses the same items and the same protocol. Different conditions would make the comparison meaningless.
Adjust
Priorities are rewritten. Some close, some stay, new ones appear as the player grows.
A report, not a vibe.
PPI scorecard
Scores per dimension, out of 1,000, with the sub-items that drove each number.
Priority list
Three to five concrete priorities in plain language, written for the player and the parent.
Session log
What was worked on, what changed, and what the next checkpoint will test.
No guesswork.
Just better
decisions.
Tools only earn their place here if they change a coaching decision. Everything below sharpens judgement. Nothing below replaces it, and nothing below invents a number that was never measured.
Sportive AI.
Sportive AI is an AI-powered health and performance platform for young athletes. It analyzes each athlete's profile, activity, nutrition, sleep, wearable data and, when available, blood test results to create personalized nutrition and supplement programs validated by a scientific committee.
It connects athletes, parents, sports academies and trusted brands within one secure ecosystem.
mysportive.ai ↗What we will
never do.
No invented metrics
If a number was not actually captured under a documented protocol, it does not appear in a report or on this website.
No AI without a coach
AI drafts and compares. A named coach reviews, corrects and signs every recommendation that reaches a family.
No player data in ad tools
Names, dates of birth, evaluation scores, coach notes and private video are never sent to advertising or analytics platforms.
No promises we can't keep
No guaranteed MLS selection, no promised contract, no scholarship guarantee, no medical claim. Ever.
Every detail
matters.
Parents deserve to know exactly who is on the field with their child. Here is our leadership, our hiring bar, and the roles that make up an APEX staff.
Claude Dielna
Fifteen seasons.
Six countries.
Two in Major League Soccer.
Claude came through the academy at Caen and signed his first professional contract at Lorient in 2007. Four seasons at Istres. A transfer to Olympiacos. Ligue 1 with Ajaccio. Three seasons in the EFL Championship with Sheffield Wednesday, with spells in Slovakia and Romania in between.
Then Major League Soccer: New England Revolution in 2017, Portland Timbers in 2019. The exact league most young players in South Florida are aiming at.
He has been the kid nobody was sure about, the loan player fighting for a shirt, and the professional whose job came down to details nobody in the stands ever notices. He built APEX to teach those details early, before someone else measures a player against them.
How a coach
gets on our field.
APEX does not hire generalists. Every coach who works with an APEX player meets all five of these conditions before a first session, including for group work and camps.
Real experience of the level
Professional or elite academy experience as a player, coach or analyst. Our coaches have been inside environments where selection is decided. They are not teaching it from a manual.
Verifiable qualifications
A current, checkable coaching licence (UEFA or US Soccer pathway) held by the individual, plus valid first-aid and concussion-awareness certification. Every licence number is on file and can be verified on request.
Cleared to work with minors
Background screening and SafeSport-standard child-protection training completed before any contact with a player, and renewed on schedule.
Trained on the APEX protocol
Scoring 26 items consistently is a skill. Coaches are calibrated against the head coach before they are allowed to produce an evaluation a family will read.
Accountable to a named player plan
Each coach owns the written plan for their players and answers for it at every checkpoint. Nobody runs an anonymous session.
You can ask. Always.
Ask for any coach's licence, screening status or background before you book. We will send it. If we cannot, they do not coach your child.
